FIRST SINGLE FOR "STENDHAL SYNDROME"
So I had the opportunity to collab with my homie Lyle Horowitz of 5846 Films on a project called "Stendhal Syndrome". It is being hosted my SavingSoulBlog. He executive produced this entire projects, providing samples and direction. I am so thankful to have had this opportunity and hopefully it won't be the last project like this.

KSM : The Album
I can't even tell how long I been working on this album. To be honest, I think a little after "The Great Exit" was released I had this type of project in mind. But it never really formed in my mind until a couple of weeks ago. Every relationship goes through ups and downs, thats no secret at all. And knowing who I am and how I act, im not the easiest person in the world to be with. Mainly, because I keep practically everything to myself. Its so hard to open up to someone when you never know for sure that what they are telling you is real. Well, now I know for a fact what I have with my girl is real. And that's who this album is dedicated to.
I don't want to go into too many details because this type of project is intended for you to "listen" throughout the entire process. But, its basically showing the ups and downs we went through to get where we are now, while expressing how I truly feel "Through samples of course lol". Its been a long procees creating this album and I hope that it displays my true feelings and its not taken the wrong way.
So hopefully, "KSM" enjoys this dedication to her and I hope ya'll do as well.

Only 1 In Luv.....
A project I created at the end of 09 but finished in 2010.
The concept is your waking up from a relationship and finding out that you were the only one in love....
I made the beats COMPLETELY different from the usual......
I made these beats as if I had a broken heart sooo I messed the beats up ON PURPOSE, Cause noone can do anything correctly with a broken heart......
The sound quality is very Different as well.....Some beats lo-fi and some just plain BAD quality...
I made the sound quality a certain way so it would somehow convince me not to listen to it, but it didn't work. I rarely play this project but when I do, Im not in the best mood.
So I hope ya'll enjoy & pay close attention to the off beat kicks and the late chops in the samples cause it symbolizes my broken heart.

The concept behind this project is the day to day issues an individual haves when in an relationship, while having a facebook profile. The guy "Signs In", see's his significant other throwing random hints at being involved with someones else but doesn't panic right away. He then leaves the house, signs on "Facebook Mobile" and thinks of ways to confront his lover. While on his way back home, He goes back in forth to his profile and his lover's, giving her "Random Profile Views." One of his boys suggests he sends her a relationship request but she denies it, leaving his "Relationship Request Ignored". His lover then goes "From Single To In A Relationship" but this time not with him.......But with the other guy. He "Logs Out" but still feels love so he is convinced that he "Can't Give Up".
So enjoy this 6 track EP and keep this concept in mind.

At the time this was created, I felt like as I producer I was literally slept on. I can't front, it got to me a little bit. So I decided to make a project for myself for when I would feel this way. So basically, this project requires you to well.....sleep on it.

#BASED EP
It all started with a phone call from brother "Jerrell Lofton" and said he was coming to the crib. We just vibed and made alot of beautiful music. The night before, I had just started listening to Lil B's music and came up with the craziest idea to make beats personally for him. So me and Jerrell thought it would be cool to make a project together and do all the production together and somehow get these beats to him.

So I was scrolling through my itunes today and I realized that I forgot about one of my projects lol!!! I also realized that this project didn't get as much shine as it was supposed to due to it being INCOMPLETE. The Outcome
The concept behind this project is kinda crazy......
First off, the day after Valentine's Day me and my girl called it quits. Its crazy cause we were both deep in love with each other. So that night I was making alot of beats with her still stuck on my brain. Got zero hours of sleep that night. So the following day, I decided to create an entire project dedicated to her and kinda explain where my mind state was. Sadly, she knows nothing about this project but im sure she will soon.
On a lighter note, we recently got back together and since we did I decided to reveal this project to the world.

The Depression Stages
Created around the time "E=MC2" was created. A time where I felt like giving up on everything.....life included.
I was so close to buying my own ticket to New York and just starting from there. Dad didn't believe in me. School sucked, so I didn't go for a week. Almost dropped out AGAIN. Mom didn't want music made in her house, So I made music ironically in school. Yes......Almost half of "E=MC2" was made in school. Relationship problems was too overbearing. EVERYTHING was going downhill for me.
So, I created this project. Honestly, I forgot all about it. It was made on my desktop & since i rarely use my desktop (Cause of my laptop) I had no clue I made this lol. I guess I wanted to forget about all the things that was happening to me around that time.
So since im in a good space in my life, I am stable enough to present this too ya'll. Alot of dark times but great music came out of it.
My favorite track "Nothing I Can Say" for several reasons.
I dedicate this project to my brother/friend Melvin Burch.
