Where Are You? The Beat Tape

For all who does not know, This weekend Im making and releasing 3 beat tapes......Yes 3!!!

The Concept behind is very simple but creative,

Some relationships end up (ending) because the people in them aren't really "There" in the relationships........Sooo I took that in major thought yesterday and started to make projects based on that very thought.

So "Where Are You? is the first (All Aaliyah Samples)

Next up is "Where Am I?" which will probably be released tonight!!!

Searching For Success.......

Sooo im currently looking for a label to sign with thats gonna actually respect my type of production. The only label that comes to mind is "JAMLA" (9th Wonder's label). I feel like that label's production team is very similar to my production and I would be honored to work with all of them (Including the Artists). Now, this is the 2nd time someone from the label has reached out to me. The first time was from the man himself. This time was more of a surprise if you will lol, Shoutout to Vince. Today, I had a convo with someone very close to me and they said "With if they don't sign you?", I will continue to release beat tapes but with a plan. Like every beat tape will be promoted as an album. I already have friends with blogs so getting the material out there wouldn't be a issue. So yeah, the "Grind" will continue forever for me. I don't see me doing anything else but producing.

All I can do is wait.........

Im just taking time out to perfect my sound and produce for other artists. I think I made MORE than enough material to hold you over until I return to the beat tapes lol.

This project is more exciting and new than the first one (Mostly the sample choices). I forgot to add "Letter To My Supporters" to the folder but Download it and just add it to the folder lol.

"Lost" The Beat Tape

This beat tape called "Lost" im going to release this week is VERY personal. I know as a producer ya'll are probably thinking "Why does he release so much personal music".....Well to me, through my production is the only way to express myself to the max.

So "Lost", was made during a time when I felt like I had no purpose on this earth. I was going through alot of things, I literally gave up on school (Even though Im back now lol), & I really didn't think in a million years I could make it in this music business.

Some of these beats have been heard before....Either I sent them to you or I posted them on "other beat tapes" lol. These instrumentals means ALOT to me sooo I ask now, If there are used PLEASE use them correctly!!!!

Now, I will be making beats starting tomorrow to add on "Lost" so I don't have a exact date just yet but........

It will be released THIS week for sure.....Until then.....

"Music Suicide" The Gift & The Curse

So as you all know, im releasing a beat tape called "Music Suicide". I basically just stumbled across A LOT of samples and had know sleep making all these beats lol. But, while making most of these beats they seemed kinda dark since I sampled alot of dark music. Honestly, when the project was completed I had over 50 beats done for it lol. Soo i came up with a dope idea to release it in volume's. Vol. 1 (The Good) will be released on Monday soo get ready for that. Vol. 2(The Bad) will be released at the end of July but knowing me it will be released earlier than that lol. Vol. 3 (The Ugly) will be released in the middle of August. "The Good" is basically just feel good music, while "The Bad" brings a more darker sound to the picture. "The Ugly" is SOOO DARK that its not even High Quality.......Its gonna be mixed in "Raw Audio" my own Lo-Fi sound!!!!! Sooo NEW MUSIC COMING SOON!!!!

The concept behind this beat tape is me having a one on one conversation with "Tam". In this conversation, I am expressing to her how i truly feel about her. But since i can't rap lol, I thought of a more creative way to do it....BY SAMPLING!!! The samples are telling her what i would have said in the conversation.

Sooo this beat tape is very important 2 me.....First off, it is dedicated to someone very special to me, "MY BABY". She know who she is soo please don't ask questions lol. Anyway, the whole concept behind this particular beat tape is me having a one on one convo with tam and expressing my feelings to her. Yeah, to my Charles Hamilton fans its very similar to "Well Isn't this Awkward". But on my beat tape, The whole convo is being told through samples....I know dope right lol??? Every song is a different topic of the convo but the samples are telling Tam what i would have said in this "One on One". It also ends with a track that tells what i would say if things wouldn't work between us! I plan to have the perfect 10 beats for it since my baby is the perfect 10 lol! Ya'll can look for this project NEXT WEEK!!!

So this music business that everyone and their ''mama'' wants to be a part of, is offically coming to an end. At least hiphop is anyway. I did the most craziest thing EVER today, I listened to the radio & I was so shocked of what people is really requesting to hear EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! It makes me wonder why am I even considering doing this music thing in this first place. Its because music is my life!!!!! I live this music shit man, and people really don't understand that phrase anymore. Im a person who can honestly say i can live with just "COMPUTER, INTERNET CONNECTION, FL STUDIO 9, SAMPLES AND SOME DRUM KITS" a roof over my head and some food Im good. Im even satisfied with not making A CENT off of any of my beats.....As long as somebody actually LISTENS!!! That's all im asking for, But since i do want to make in this "Business", Then i will have 2 start charging for my beats.....My rates are listed at the bottom, HIT ME UP!!!! I go beats for days if ya'll didn't know lol. As far as "Music Is The Only Love : The Last Beat Tape" Goes....It's completed!!!! Of course, it was done with my right hand man (NO HOMO) Jerrell Lofton.....That dude amazes me everytime!!!! Anyway, The beat tape will be for sale @ the price of $4.99!!!!!!!
